Mount Diablo, near Chase Pond, August 2002 |
This is a photo of a well scavanged deer mandible
taken on Mount Diablo in the Summer of 2002. Notice the grass growing between the
teeth and the amount of bone chewed away. Interestingly, I didn't push down
the grass around it. It's on a deer track. |
